UNIFOR Complex

Open House II
Min envisioned Open House II as a multi-generational extension that draws on the synergy between Iban longhouse traditions and Chinese shophouse typology, blending communal living with contemporary spatial flow.
St Ann Church Extension
Led by PDC Design Group, the St Ann Church extension in Kota Padawan is inspired by the Dayak Longhouse, featuring two L-shaped buildings framing a central courtyard. Blending cultural heritage with climate-conscious design, it supports over 2,500 congregants through collaborative, functional spaces.
Longhouse Lodge at Mulu National Park
Conceived by AR+C Design Group, Longhouse Lodge, now Rainforest Lodge, is a guest accommodation within Mulu National Park HQ. Built on a tight budget, it uses an industrialised, modular system in harmony with existing structures and the environment.
Bagan Specialist Centre
Designed around a landscaped courtyard, the Bagan Specialist Centre Expansion by MinWee Architect doubles capacity to 350 beds and adds a Cancer Care Centre with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It addresses site and operational challenges, guided by the five tenets of tropical architecture — shade, permeability, thresholds, sufficiency, and community.
Masjid Darul Furqan
Designed by Arkitek Nurina Matnor, Masjid Darul Furqan is a newly redeveloped mosque built to accommodate growing community needs. In response to site limitations and environmental conditions, the mosque adopts a vertical design, integrating functions across two levels and expressed through architectural solutions suited to its context.
Satok Furniture Showroom
IDC Architects renovated a three-storey shophouse into Satok Furniture’s showroom, using practical industrial finishes and adding perforated sliding screens to reinforce brand identity along Jalan Wan Alwi.
Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park Ready Built Factories 4
Designed by Mak Arkitek Konsult, KKIP RBF4 is a 13-acre modular development near Kota Kinabalu’s dockyard. Inspired by shipping containers, it uses steel and metal cladding to balance aesthetics, efficiency, and spatial comfort.
Nestled Nest at Hui Sing Garden

Located in Hui Sing Garden, Kuching, Nestled Nest is a quiet home designed by MNSC Architects. Its simple, linear layout fits the site well, with open living areas and a double-height ceiling that create a sense of space and visual link between floors.
St. Peter’s Church
St. Peter’s Church, designed by Architect DesignPractice, is a new Gothic-inspired landmark in Kuching. It features Italian stained glass and local woodwork, blending historic and modern elements, and serves over 1,000 parishioners.
Boyan Heights
Boyan Heights, designed by IDC Architects, is a home that reflects its jungle setting and the client's vision. Inspired by kampung houses and the Bidayuh longhouse, it features separate public and private wings joined by a central lobby that frames a limestone mountain peak.
