Rather than literal motifs, Sabah’s mountains, rainforests, and coastlines are abstracted into organic textures and softened forms. Thoughtfully paced spaces and nature-inspired guest rooms create a calm, unhurried atmosphere — an intimate sanctuary where guests can slow down and feel quietly embraced by the spirit of Sabah.

V21 Residence at Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park, by Mak Arkitek Konsult, comprises 1,121 affordable units for its employees. Each block features an airwell core for natural light and ventilation, reducing energy use. The project prioritises quality, practicality, and accessible design.

Designed by Mak Arkitek Konsult, KKIP RBF4 is a 13-acre modular development near Kota Kinabalu’s dockyard. Inspired by shipping containers, it uses steel and metal cladding to balance aesthetics, efficiency, and spatial comfort.
