Classic high-tensile steel performance shingles — delivering durability, sustainability, and trusted protection in every roof

Smooth strip panels enhance high ceilings with a clean, contemporary look

As part of the construction, ASTEEL Group played a vital role in making this distinguished building’s design as it is today. ASTEEL incorporated their steel roofing system, ASHIN as well as CCP-100 Strip Panel, their classic metal strip ceilings for the interior and exterior ceiling finishes of the tea house.

Engineered for Sarawak’s humid riverside climate, built for humid climates with heat and corrosion resistance

ASTEEL’s ASHIN offers the classic silhouette of traditional tiles but with the strength of high-tensile metal. Excellent performance, unparalleled dependability, and remarkable sustainability credentials are all combined in this envioSERIES by ASTEEL pre-finished steel. With constant innovation and state-of-the-art coating technology, the product has evolved. The roof features advanced heat-reflective coatings and superior corrosion resistance, essential for a building sitting directly on the humid banks of the Sarawak River.

Lightweight, durable panels in versatile tones for seamless design integration

The English Tea House's high ceilings are highlighted by the CCP-100 Strip Panel system, which offers a smooth, linear finish that draws the eye upward. These panels have aesthetic appeal as it comes in a few neutral yet trendy colour choices. These strip panels are also lightweight and long-lasting, allowing for easy maintenance.
